Massage should not be performed under certain medical conditions. Therefore you affirm that you have checked with your doctor regarding the suitability of our treatment for you. You must state any appropriate medical conditions before your treatment with us. You agree to keep your massage therapist updated on your health. You confirm that your massage therapist as an individual or Mobile Healing Arts overall shall not bear any liability should you fail to seek and follow independent and appropriate medical advice in relation to your booked treatment with us.
Treatment in a hotel
Should you book one of our treatments in a hotel room then bear in mind the fact that we will not bring a massage table with us unless you notify us in advance and confirm that there is enough space for a massage table. Treatment will be carried out while the client is lying on the bed. We will not carry out any Lomilomi massage in the hotel room (unless we can bring a massage table with us).
Confidentiality
Both parties agree that all topics and content that is discussed during any treatments is private and confidential. There shall be no third party or public disclosure via social media, digital media, print media, blog posts, or any other internet platforms.
Prices and special offers
Prices vary according to the treatment type and duration as described on this website. Please note that the prices shown on our website are all inclusive. There are no additions for travel or other costs. We offer mobile treatments to a maximum distance of twenty-five kilometres from Hamburg-Sternschanze.

Payment options
We have integrated PayPal into our website in order to be able to accept your payments. Payments can be made by debit card, credit card, or via PayPal. Any refunds will be processed via PayPal and sent back to the bank account which you used for your booking.
Scheduling, cancellations, and refunds
You may change or cancel your appointment time up to twelve hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations which are made twelve hours before the appointment time will be fully refunded. For cancellations that take place less than twelve hours in advance, the full charge will apply.
No-shows: this means that you have failed to be present at your designated meeting point ten minutes after the start time for your appointment. The full charge will be applied for any no-shows.
We reserve the right to cancel any appointment without notice or reason.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase. We may, at our discretion, extend the validity date by three months if contacted in advance regarding the expiry date. Our gift cards are not transferable and must be used by the recipient at the originally-specified address or at another address which lies within the boundaries that are covered by Mobile Healing Arts. We are offering mobile treatments to a maximum distance of twenty-five kilometres from Hamburg-Sternschanze.
